1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms apply to all users of the ringgit88 platform, whether you access our services via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any downloadable application made available by ringgit88. 3 Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ringgit88 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide:
- Your legal full name as per your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification.
- A valid and actively monitored email address.
- Your correct date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ringgit88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on ringgit88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). We support a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and major credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard).
Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. ringgit88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules
All bets placed on ringgit88 — whether on sports markets including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, or on live casino games and slots — are subject to the specific rules for that product category as published on the platform. General betting rules include:
- Bets are final once confirmed. ringgit88 will not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except in the case of a manifest error by the platform.
